At Ruck30, we promote a very simple, yet very effective training concept called RUCKING. Rucking is defined as, walking a set distance while carrying a weighted backpack. Starting the process of trying to get into shape the most simple and accessible training method is simply walking. Rucking takes walking up one notch.
We recognize that even starting with walking for some people for 30 minutes is a challenge due to pain. Our "Pain Free" series of programs are designed by exercise experts to help you become pain free so you can back to being active.
